Heading to the childrens ward today

Naomi had a more stable day yesterday, and is starting to eat. She is watching a DVD at the moment, in between physios and doctors. At 10pm last night she was hoisted onto a massaging bed to stop any pressure sores. At lunchtime to she will be transferred to the chidrens ward, but with regular visits from the High Dependency Unit to monitor her heart and lungs. You can pray especially for her lungs to work efficiently. We have some first visitors today.... It will be great for her to see some familiar faces.

Dear Naomi,
We hear from mummy and daddy that you are a very brave girl, and making wonderful progress. We gather that you are about to go back to the childrens' ward, which is great news. When we next speak to daddy, we are going to ask if we can come to see you - we can't wait. Just rembember, lots of people are praying for you, so that you will be back home very soon. Lots of love. Grandma & Grandpa.

Hi Naomi, Rachel & Richard,

We were SO glad to see a picture of you at last and look forward to seeing another one of you, eventually, with a big gappy smile - fancy losing a tooth in hospital as well!! Bet that confused the Tooth Fairy!

We do hope you're feeling comfortable on the children's ward now (that's great progress) and that no-one snores too loudly at night :)

Hope you're still enjoying Ratatouille!

Many prayers for you here in Antwerp of course,
And lots of love to you all (and Luke) from
Uncle Russell, Aunty Rachel, Ben and Thomas xxxx
