Rachel texted me at lunchtime today to say Naomis is sitting in a chair next to her bed. After 9 days horizontal she is feeling a little dizzy, but very proud and happy to be able to see more than the ceiling! Later on in afternoon she was weighed, amazingly she has lost no weight. She has grown 4.5cm as a result of the operation though !

Dear Naomi when Daddy sent me an instant message this afternoon to tell me the news you were upright, I had what I thought was the biggest smile on my face ever. It almost matched yours actually it is great to see that wonderful big smile in the photo. We are keeping you in our prayers and hoping you keep making such good advances every day. as promised here is the message from Julianne, she was pleased you liked Sharpay as she likes Ryan and Sharpay from HSM and loves singing along to all the songs. She's also very pleased you liked the little bits she helped me chose to post to you.

WOW!! What a day. So good to see you upright again and to hear that you have grown too. Sounds to me that a new wardrobe of clothes could be needed (oops sorry mum and dad!!). We loved the cookery video great to hear your voice and see you enjoying yourself. The Denim cast looks trendy too. Great to hear that you might be coming home on Monday.
