Second turn done at Midnight

"The pain is ridiculous!!! "  Naomi said on her second turn to check the wound. I've just come for the second half  of the night shift , while Richard gets some sleep in the parent block accommodation across the road. 
First 6 hours post op is very tough for Naomi , "She's very brave " said the nurse.
