Check up in London

Naomi's surgeon was happy with her progress today and will X-ray again in October  ; to see how well the spinal fusion is going and plan weaning Naomi off her spinal brace , after 10 years it's like a " second skin" to her , he said. 

As the outpatients is near Langham Place we popped into BBC  house and had lunch in the cafe watching the live lunch time news! Also popped into All Souls (church ) Langham Place.  A short walk to Oxford street as Naomi was keen to look at the shops. 

All round a good day and chance to stretch her walking a bit more.
